“ INCREDIBLE! My family and I (celiac) stopped here for lunch after trying to find a gluten free restaurant between Perugia and Viterbo and wow am I glad this is what we picked. Everything that we ordered was great. They informed me that almost the entire menu could be made gluten free. We ordered a mixed fried appetizer that included things like sage, apples, zucchini flowers, and rice balls. For our meals we got their carbonara with artichokes gluten free and two orders of the pork with salted caramel sauce. For dessert my dad had the pan seared panettone with homemade cream and limoncello and I had the gluten free no bake cheesecake with wild berry topping. Everything was amazing but the caramel pork really stole the show in all of our opinions and is possibly one of the best dishes we've ever had. I was so lucky to find somewhere so ready to accommodate my gluten free diet and would love to pass back by here in warmer months to enjoy their beautiful terrace! ”
